The G4560 and 1050ti is a very very very balanced build and will give good results for 1080p as long as you go easy on the graphical quality you pick, it is a solid budget system and the motherboard will be compatible with 8th gen making your upgrade path good.

yeah I'm not planning to do anything like playing crisis 3 on 4k ultra  just wanting to play games higher than 60 fps and also is a regular 1050 with this cpu good? (I am giving my lil bro my 1050 I have now)

The 1050 main issue is its 2gb of Vram, nowadays 4gb is the sweet spot... many games are demanding above three gb of vram and will not be playable at all on only 2gb like Forza Horizon latest title.

yeah my lil bro dosent care about graphical stuff just playing games is his sweet spot haha plus were gonna upgrade for his bday he just needs something better than 4 gb ram a 512 mb vram and other stuff that's complete crap

should be enough for entry level then [:

 

I would get this G4560 on a b250 motherboard, no need bothering with overclocking and since 8th gen Coffee Lake is going to be 1151 still that means you might in the future upgrade to something like an i5 8500 and keep up all up-to-date in the CPU side.

 

The 1050ti is not going to be a bad pick but if you could ever afford the rx480 even if the 4gb it would be a better option [:

No but neither does the G4560, it only supports what they call DDR3L which is a lot uncommon and probably not the type you have, getting DDR4 would be required regardless.
