DIY 10Gb/s internet?
OP, there is a difference between local network speeds, and your network speed out to the Internet.
You can upgrade your local network all you want, and it will be really fast. You could even set up some dual 40Gbps connections if you wanted. But as soon as your traffic leaves your own network, such as when you start downloading something from the Internet, then you will 100% be dependent on what your ISP is giving you. If you are only paying for 10Mbps, then don't expect anything over 10Mbps even if you got 40Gbps connections in your internal network.

10Gbps isn't that fast actually.
A lot of M.2 drives such as the Samsung 960 Evo can do it easily.
