Memory Problems????

I have a question... Probably stupid. When should I require to test my memory, My Laptop is 4 years old. I recently cleaned out my laptop with a combo of paintbrushes, Can Spray air. But unfortunately I keep getting memory write errors whenever I shut down the computer. But fortunately my CPU is 37 degrees Celsius.

 

 

Any thoughts?

get new ram, if you are having ram problem, 37c is not bad at idle depending on the spec of your pc.
