Monitor Wont Show Anything

Xx_MadJack_xX

So my sister Second Monitor Doesn't Show anything when she plugs it in and when it does the Main Monitor Goes Black as well as the Second one until I unplug the Second one

She has 1 Running VGA to Her MotherBoard & HDMI to Her Graphics Card

This worked fine on her Old graphics Card but wont now on her New One

I'm thinking that the AMD Radeon Settings is Giving me a Clue but I'm Not Sure

PC Specs (Before):

AMD A10 7700k

Radeon R7 240 Asus Low Profile

12gb DDR3 Ram

2x 1080p 60hz Monitors Both the Same

PC Specs (Now)

AMD A10 7700k

Radeon Rx 470 Asus Strix OC 4gb

16gb DDR3 Ram

2x 1080p 60hz Monitors Both the Same

The Hint that AMD Radeon Settings Is Giving Me is this

My Conclusion is that her On Board Graphics are Disabled and is Causing her Monitor to Her GPU to go Black as well

But Her Integrated Graphics are Enabled in her Device Manager

so I'm not Sure how to enable it or if it the Problem

Both Monitors work on my PC in the Same Configuration

Any ideas?

Enable the IGPU in your bios.

Per your specific MoBo the instruction manual should have instructions on how to do so.

That's the First Thing I Checked Actually and it is Enabled so I'm Not Sure what I might do Is Get a HDMI to Display Port and Plug it into the Graphics Card would that Work ?

That is what I would do. Trying to plug into the motherboard when you have a graphics card is always gunna be buggy.

This ones a bit simple but it will rule out an issue with the cable. Did you try using a different cable?
