A laptop? You can't change a CPU in a laptop.

The i5 4210H is listed as a BGA1364 socket CPU, meaning it is ball grid array which is soldered to the motherboard. You won't be able to change it.

You can in some.  I've seen a fair number that weren't soldered on.  I've even got a back of spare mobile processors in my desk.

Make sure to quote or tag me (@JoostinOnline) or I won't see your response!

Anyways, trying to change something for a laptop is very difficult and hard to find with the exception of the RAM. that's the only thing easy to do.

Just build a budget pc instead, and get better performance overall.
