Better cooler

Why z270?

Else is fine

Maybe SSD too

Looks good to me, best of luck getting it up and running!... Better CPU cooler will do wonders for keeping your CPU's temps low.. A problem I'm having for my mini-ITX build.

I personally would get a case with a good side panel so I could see all the awesome parts running, but that's just me :P

i would add a ssd and get z170 mobo, z270 seems better for 7th, also it hasnt that much difference between those two. And for what are you going to use? About exoc 1080, at performance has no difference, just maybe some mhz more but at gaming and the rest its pointless wasting 120$ more...

they just incorporated octane as an "upgrade" from z170 to z270 so its pretty useless if you're not going to use that

If you're going for a Z270 motherboard I'd just go for Kaby Lake (7xxx) as well instead of Skylake (6xxx). I'd also add an SSD even if it's a small one just as boot drive. Otherwise, good build.

212 EVO can only barely cool 6700K.

For the same price you might find a Scythe Kotetsu, Cryorig H7, or Deepcool Gammaxx 400, and those can cool it better.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

If this build gona be perfect like i wont gonna need to change any parts  through summer i should get 1500 for working and from that i will add closed loop water cooling

Kaby lake doesnt have alot of performance boost over Sky lake right? and skylake is cheaper so should i go for z170 ? in that case

Not really. I overlooked the fact you'll be getting it second hand a bit. Then it makes more sense, I was thinking with new prices.
