Convert VMWare VMDK file to .IMG?

I want to transfer my OSX Guest OS to an actual hard drive and put it in a mac I have, is there a way to convert the VMDK file to an IMG file?

I can help with programming and hardware.

<Script>alert("This website is vulnerable to XSS");</Script>

the most ghetto method i can think of is use something like acronis true img then run it in the vm to get a image
