Hey guys, not sure if this is in the right thread, please let me know if it isn't.

I have an old PC laying around because I upgraded mine to the point that I had two full PC's. I plan on selling my second one to a friend in the area. What do you think I should charge for this build?

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/9gkLbj

Along with all of the items in the PCPP link, it comes with a full version of windows 10.

Thanks for any and all help!

$350-450 would be fair I believe.

I don't personally see the 400$ evaluation.  R9 270s are going for around 60$. And fx 6300s are going for 70$. I would charge maybe 200$. I picked up a system with an R9 280 and a i7 4770 for 200$ a year ago.

He isn't selling two components. He is selling everything including win 10 installed.

The windows 10 license is worth like $100, if you buy it legit.

The keyboard is worth maybe $60?

CPU and MOBO is probably worth $100ish

Ram is worth 50 or 60ish

PSU and Hard drive is  worth like 40 or 50.

Case is fine too worth 40 or 50?

GPU I have no idea..

Add that up and its about 400. I did not specify before, but I was asking in terms of CAD.

No need to be sorry, and I am in no way offended. I just thought 100-150 was super low and that I could charge more than that. No need to be sorry for voicing your opinion.

Buying from Kinguin is a legit copy. Try and sell it for $400 and see what happens. Hard to appraise used parts because they don't have a definite value.

You can buy used business i5 computers for about $200-250 these days. (With a Windows 7 license)

Given the discrete graphics card, the nicer case, and the better power supply, you should get between $300-400 dollars, maybe.

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.
