I'm not sure but every time i boot up my pc and there is a new update, after a few minutes a notification bubble pops up telling me there's a new version.

It just does that by default so i don't know why that's not the case for you.

Ya I get notifications also, I've got them off now buy there is a setting for it

I think I get the notification through RaptR. Do you have that program?


You should also be able to see a notification on the Radeon thingy program. Aka, right click desktop then click on open Radeon something.
