Ran into a pickle dilemma :(

I did some damage to my Asus G551VW FY212T bottom. I will include picture. How did i damage it you might ask? I had a very hard time removing old toshiba hdd out of metal caddy. I spent hours literally trying to unscrew toshiba out of caddy. Why do these manufactures screw in so tight? I had to bent twist caddy and the caddy was trashed. Silly me tried to put broken caddy back into laptop hard drive bay and I did damage scratched inside laptop with metal caddy.  So how can I repair the bottom casing?

get a new bottom cover from ebay, if you want a well-built laptop without any issues get a business laptop. gaming "laptops" have build issues usually.

If it took you that long to get the HDD out and bent the caddy in the process, you probably uses the wrong size head of screwdriver.

No the issue is that these manufacturers screw the caddy in so tight. It was very hard for me to unscrew even with all my strength.

They use loctite threadlocker to prevent the screws from coming loose from vibrations (the blue stuff you see on the threads when you look at a removed screw). Where possible you can heat the screws up (with a soldering iron, for example) as that weakens the threadlocker. If you're dealing with screws in plastic parts you're out of luck, ofc.
