Questions about this microphone

Im looking to buy a new mic because i dont like the mic on my headset.  after some searching, i found that the Neewer NW-700 Professional Studio Broadcasting Recording Condenser Microphone Is the best, cheap microphone.  Im not familiar with all the audio techy stuff.  i want to know what things i will need to buy to get this mic to work properly.

On my motherboard there are audio ports so i dont think i need a sound card.  Im more concerned about whether i need an audio interface or not and if so which one should i get.  keep in mind im looking for cheap i dont want to spend more that $70 which includes the mic kit.  i have no clue on whether i have a xlr port on my mobo bc im on my laptop at my dads house but if i find out i will delete this section.
