going by brand i'd go with the silverstone aio (#2)

but, from what i've heard 120mm aio's aren't that good for how much they are, so if you want an aio water cooler i'd go with the Corsair H100i

Never recommend 120MM AIO for CPU. Get a high end air cooler at same price!

There is no full block for GTX xx60 and below. Only universal block, which felt your VRM and VRAM passive cool.

Those low end cards does not draw much power nor out put much heat.
