I ordered a few components for my first build from outlepc.com and idk if it's normal for that site to take such a long time but it's been 4 days and i haven't even seen it shipped yet and I also haven't gotten an email that confirms the shipping. I already got other parts shipped from newegg and Amazon but Im more worried about this site since I've never heard about it and I got the cpu- motherboard in that site.

Yes!

okay, iv'e just googled the site and saw a few posts on the forum where peoples orders go "missing" and the website says some components are in stock but actually its an expected stock amount, id ring them up and see what the situation is and if they cant resolve i would just do a chargeback with you bank when the transaction is on your bank statement

i had a similar problem with amazon (lol) where i ordered a new PSU and GPU and it said transaction failed insufficient funds but they still tried to take the money out my account and then my bank had the payment pending and i had to do a chargeback when it came on my statement (only because amazon customer service is terrible) but dont let this scare you lol, just ring them up and see what they say.

Actually I just checked the order status and I seemed to have chosen FedEx ground that ships between 5-7 days. I think I'll wait one or two days more before I do anything.

Did you get a confirmation of shipment? If not then the order hasn't been processed. Take a look at the website and see what their order processing times are. Most online retailers don't process instantly, especially since you just came out of a weekend.

Keep in mind that the 5 - 7 days for FedEx doesn't include weekends, and doesn't include the order processing time.

I've bought items from Outlet PC before, no issues.
