Do SATA 3 cables come included with HDDs?

Hi, I've lost the SATA cables that were included with my MOBO and I want to upgrade my storage, do SATA cables usually come with the drives or do I have to buy them separately?

some drives come with sata cables, some dont.

 

that said, sharkoon makes sleeved sata cables in every color under the sun for next to no money, so you might as well...

Depends on what level of HDD kit you buy but generally not on a bare bones drive.  Most electronics places will sell them, even quick and dirty repair shops

Don't think I've ever had an HDD come with a cable.
