Fan controller?

Go to solution Solved by Parkway Drive,

Might like the BitFenix Recon in White to match your case. Should be able to close the front panel as well.

Hey everyone,

So I'm going to be upgrading to a White Define R4 with window and want to throw a good, affordable fan controller in. I quite like the idea of being able to manually adjust my fans. And my mother board doesn't have the proper pins to be able to control them software wise, the motherboard will be a future upgrade.

It would be nice if the fan controller was white to match the case, but the Define R4 would cover it anyway.

The fans I will be using are the Corsair Air Series AF140 LED Blue quiet edition (or the purple, haven't decided yet).

Thanks,

Gabe

Does swiftech sell there 8 fan header seperately if so thats a good option then you can get low noise adapters off somewhere like noctua to have uber silence

How many fans? Budget? One-bay or two? AFAIK, there aren't that many white controllers out there but a lot have removable faceplates so you can always do a white wrap on it. If your budget is around the $60, something from Lamptron is going to be a viable option.

Edit: forgot about the Recon... LoL oops.

..why not just use the built in fan controller with a few splitters if necessary? I have 6 fans running off of it fine.
