Transfer Components to New Case

is it possible/recommended to transfer the motherboard, cpu, and all in one water cooler to a new case by keeping them altogether so that i do not need to reapply thermal paste?

Is it possible? Sure. Would I take that big a risk of damaged or broken components just to avoid reapplying thermal paste? No.

It's possible, but I wouldn't really recommend it. With an air cooler, it's easy, but with an AIO it can be a little tricky.

You're better off just doing it the right way, and then just reapplying thermal paste. It's not worth the risk.

You might clean rad and fan/s with care while at it.
