need help with dual monitors

HELP!?!?!?!?!? every time I go into fallout 4 there are weird vertical pixels and then when I play counter strike and press window home or ctrl shift esc both screens go black and I cant use it all and have to restart the pc but the weird thing is when both screens are black if im in a skype call i can hear the call and speak. my current pc is r9 380 8gb ddr3 and 4790k pls help fast

never mind i figured it out I just had to run fo4 in widowed borderless
