Just ran Valley Benchmark...

Hey guys, i just want this a couple minutes ago. what do you guys think? its my first build. CPU is overclocked to 4.2 and GPU is not. what are you guys getting? i dont know why it says win 8, but im running win10 64 bit.Benchmark.jpg

To get a bench to compare to most others you need max settings with 8x AA at 1080p then you'll see what its really like

Try re-running again in ExtremeHD, then post your result here, you will get a lot more help.

Im thinking this is a little photoshopped. JS. if he is claiming windows 10, with a 1060, and then photoshopped at 1080 score for those presets possibly. just saying. anyone with a gtx 1060 or 1070 do those presets, and see your score

Valley doesn't say windows 10, ever, it only says win 8 if you're on 10.

Also the score seems pretty OK, here's one with my 1080 at stock for reference:

Says windows 10 for me. Not sure why but my score is just under 6000 for a 1070. weird.

It's extremely cpu limited at this resolution, did you hit enter each scene to skip through the scenes before starting it? Otherwise your min FPS will drop a lot in between scenes because it has to load them for the first time.  If you skip through the scenes it gives more consistent results.

I just let it run. not sure why i would need to press enter, and didnt even know about it

If you hit enter to skip through the scenes, it helps cache it before you start the bench. Speeds up loading times inbetween scenes just a hair :P

i still get under 6000. so im confused. i skipped through everything

Do you have a lot of stuff running it the background? Did you turn AA off and run full screen 1366x768?

had nothing running in the background. my Mhz never moves though. everything is turned off and in 1366 by 768

in my bios it shows that its overclocked to 4.2. im def running win10. is there a way to overclock outside of the bios?

photoshopped? why would i need to photoshop my results? seems pretty childish to do so. i was just wondering where i stand in relation to others on my first build.
