Help me Build My new PC ?

Hi everyone , 

I wanna build a gaming pc with gtx 1060 card, please help me choose best processor and other components , so that i can play upcoming new game releases(2017) , at fairly stable fps

Two things here:

- You should give us a budget, a ballpark amount of money you want to spend.

- You should not restrain yourself to a GTX 1060. There are better value graphics cards out there that may suit you better and whether a 1060 is good for you depends on the games you play and your other needs.

Ok, in order to help you out further I will ask:

 

- Where can you buy parts in your country?

- How much can you spend in your local currency?

there are online sellers i can buy the parts from

- i can spend about 60 to 70 thousand rupees

If you can find a local place to buy your PC parts, that could save you a ton of money.

price difference of hasewell and skylake core i7 is not much greater , correct me if im wrong
