Looking to buy new laptop; have one question.

So say I wanted to buy the Asus ROG GL552VW, I just want to know if with this specific model, does anyone know if you can define what you want on the M.2 slot or hard drive, or does it not let you? (if that wording was a little bit weird, I meant I wanted to know if the drives showed up separately)

I'm using for a robotics drive station. Doesn't need a hefty gpu. I need a big screen, good cpu, and not too bulky (I'd also like to avoid it looking like a transformer or something). It's fairly hard to find a laptop that has a good processor without an overkill graphics card for what I need.
