Which Micro ATX build seems better?

I'm debating between two setups, which do you think would be better? (already have CPU, Video Card, RAM, HDD)

 

Motherboard: ASrock Fatal1ty z77 Professional-M

CPU: i5 3570k

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-L9i

Video Card: MSI GTX 660 2GB
WLAN: TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 Dual Band Wireless N900

Case: BitFenix Prodigy M

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO

HDD: WD 2TB Green

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws 16GB 1333MHz

PSU: Corsair RM650

Case fans: Noctua NF-F12

 

or...

CPU: i5 3570k

Case: Silverstone Sugo Series SG02W-F

PSU: Silverstone ST65F-G 650w (with silverstone short cables)

 

PS: Not sure if the PSU on the second build is any good? Only reason for choosing it would be the short cables, seems like it would help a lot with that tiny case.

I'm in love with the prodigy so number one, although really this isn't a choice between builds as much as it is cases

i9 25.6 GHz with NeuronThreading, 256gb 6000 MHz RAM, GTX 990 OC 3024MHz 12gb, Skeletal X99 motherboard, 1 Petabyte SSD, Fractal Design Humaniod R1 Case, Herbivore 10,000W PSU, Noctua NF16 LP Derma Cooler.

Probably the only Star Citizen player who is planning on a career in Journalism instead of piracy, mining, trading, exploration, military, station management, etc.

Generation 0: The first time you see this add 1 to the number and copy it into your sig. Consider it a social experiment.

2nd, but I'd personally cut the 16GB to get a beefier card :)

this is true, however I will be going to college next year and have no idea how much space I will have for a desktop computer.

it's still a relatively small case in comparison to a full or even mid tower case plus the handles will make it easy for moving around at college ^_^
