I'm looking forward to buying a cage for The Panasonic G85, and I found a cage which is for g7, will it work with the G85

A cage that is still in the design stage

The best thing you can do is to contact them to be sure.  They actually provide feedback to their customers and potential customers fairly quickly and listen to feedback from customers to improve their designs.

They are very close in dimensions.

Width Height Depth

The G85: 128.4 x 89.0 x 74.3 mm

The G7: 124.9 x 86.2 x 77.4 mm

The G85 looks to be slightly wider and taller.

The internal dimensions of the SmallRig cage: 136mm wide and 89m tall, so while the width might be more than enough the height is going to be a very tight fit because it's the same height as the G85.  So the cage probably might not work.
