G-Sync Battle

i was looking into G-Sync monitors and came down to a split dicision between the Dell Gaming S2417DG and the Acer Predator XB241YU. i was wonder which is the better of the 2. i want it to be 1440p cause i am bored of 1080p gaming at 60Hz with occasional ghosting and screen tearing. i dont want tearing or ghosting.
