XFX RX480 8GB vs ASUS GTX1060 6GB

Hello guys,
A friend of mine is upgrading his PC and we have a dilemma.

Should he go for an XFX RX480 GTR 8GB (320euros) or an Asus GTX1060 TURBO (313euros)?

Whichever matches the build or is less expensive.
