AMD Athlon X4 845 and Asus uATX DDR3 AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 USB 3.0 HDMI uATX AMD Motherboard are they compatible plz help

All AMD FX processors should work with that motherboard, and motherboards with FM2+ sockets will be compatible with your processor.
