Spot on display is flickering

I have a DELL P2014H as my main display and I noticed that lately theres been a slight flickering on the left side of the display. Anyone know why this might be happening? I assume the display is going but it's really not that old and otherwise works fine. Weird that it's only isolated to a small portion of the display and not the whole thing.

 

Here is a video but it's really hard to see on video.

Everything is in tight and I can't seem to find anything relating to the flickering. Almost seems like a back light issue but its not all over just in one spot.

GTX 970 with Nvidia 376.33 and on a fresh install of Windows 7. I'm also using a display port cable.

Weirdly enough it goes away when I overclock the display to 76Hz.

Yes 1600x900 @ 60Hz 8 bit colour and full range like it should be.
