so.. i just want to say, you dont sound like the kind of person i'd recommend overclocking to.

 

that said, watch some guides around the internet, there's plenty of them out there, it should be pretty easy to figure out.

It allows overclocking, but you have to do it yourself. Unfortunately MB's dont overclock themself yet....lazy Bastards.

For intel boards: If it has a Z or an X in the title, it can overclock. If it has an H, B or Q, then the BIOS does not allow for frequency tuning. As noted though you will also need a CPU with a K or an X in it as well.
