I did put what my plans where to do with the PC.

Also I'm aiming for a fantastic computer, not necessarily balls to the wall. The builds provided so far are good thoughts but I'm kind of picking here and there through them, also collecting ideas.

Tired of thinking of this on my own on what I want to go, too many choices. Haha.

I didn't edit in time, I meant more than just gaming, I personally still feel you can save a lot of money and still make a gaming beast:

One thing I believe is worth of considering is that the Titan XP will retain its value better than any 1080, in the future if you want to upgrade making a realistic selling offer will provide you a much much faster sale than a 1080 would.

This is my thought. Tell me what you think. I'm not big into OC's but I do have a Corsair H110i v2 sitting at home, which I will probably use mainly for looks and quietness.

Opted for 16GB RAM to see how I feel about it, and upgrade to 32GB if I feel like I need it.

GTX 1060 3GB so I can get performance, but also save money and wait for the 1080TI's.

Haven't decided on a monitor yet though.

If you don't want to  OC that is fine but do buy the locked i7, either the 6700 or the 7700 so you don't risk getting CPU bottlenecks in the most CPU intensive games, we have seen BF1 sometimes is capable making i5's sweat really hard, also you're able to save a bunch of money going with a h110m-c motherboard this way, it is what I did.

Also if you'll buy a card just to use while you wait for the possible 1080ti , I would then advise the RX 480 over the GTX 1060 because it not only is usually cheaper it is also easier to re-sell for the right price.
