HELP!!!

After 10 straight hours of building my first ever PC, I've come to the stage where everything "is" ready to go...

 

But I'm too scared to plug it in....

 

What if something is wrong?

 

Something isn't plugged in right?

 

What could happen?

It wont start, or the drive wont be detected, nothing could brake.

incorrect here... if he has the GPU power plugged into the CPU power it could brick his entire system. Other that, there really isnt much else that could go wrong when plugging things in.

Well, you forgot to plug something in, or its not in fully. Re-plug everything in before you stress.

Or your PSU not being plugged into the wall?

psu plugged into wall, it is turned on, I tried button on case and nothing happens, I don't have it plugged into the monitor. Nothing at all happens with the pc, not a light or sound of a fan.

Is the case power switch wired up? Try shortening the pins on your mobo to turn it on (have a look at the mobo manual)

Are your case buttons correctly plugged into your motherboard? The signal might not be getting from the case button to the system

(Not at all speaking from past experiences)

Check your motherboard header things for the case
