Need a cmd line for changing brightness, contrast and digital vibrance

Hi. I don't really use cmd line actually. So if you know how can i change my brightness, contrast and digital vibrance through comand line please tell me step by step what i should do.
Maybe creating bat. file so i can click on it and it'll change.
