Doesn't say whether or not these headphones are going to have Bluetooth 5, which is something I was expecting all of the new Bluetooth headphones to have this year. I guess it's still too early for that.

Eh, apparently the build of these isn't the most premium.

I wouldn't.

But really, what's the point of non-premium bluetooth headphones? They all sound like garbage, and the lack of a cable really isn't worth it compared to what you lose in sound quality.

Idk man. My Jaybird X3s sound fine with the music I listen to, but I know that on paper it's not capable of really high bitrates.

 

I was more so posting this to get some thoughts on AT's "Pure Digital Drive technology", whatever that means, and just the headphones in general since I haven't used their Bluetooth headphones before. "Premium" or not they could be good headphones.

I guess it depends which you were looking at. 500 pound for a pair of headphones is a lot of money.

You already know of a product that does this exact same thing. The Vanatoo T1 uses a direct digital Class D amp.
