i am not a fan i get whatever is best card for my budget my 1070 is better then any amd card that's our right now. also the 1060 most likely wont get that drastic of a improvement the 480 did, unlike amd nvedia cares more about the 1070,1080 and the titan xp.

No company cares, they just want your money. And will do what it takes to get it.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

A Maxwell Titan X or even a 980ti beat a 1080 at workstation tasks.

Just becase your comparing a maxwell gpu doesn't mean you canot compare it to a pascal card.

Okay well there you go get a 980ti even cheaper then a 1080 and better at workstation tasks as you say. Unless that particular card tested was just lucky xD

See you don't need a Titan X that just a want unless your a big company that actually needs it. But then they have across to non consumer cards I bet xD

I am not reading all the comments to even my no life has no time for that.

I'm just reading what I'm quoted in.

So no I did not notice. I was comparing a 1080 and titan x not a 980 ti and titan x. If you didn't notice.

Not just me, pretty well covered the 980ti does better. The 1080 is for gaming, obviously it beats a 980ti in that environment.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

Well exactly you get what you need. Almost no one needs a Titan X no average consumers that is.

You get whats best for your money. And if a Titan X is best for your money well I hope it was on sale for like 500 xD

When you make a living off your PC, that whole "price to performance" thing goes away. You're left with performance.

You have no interest in the truth,  only your opinion. Worse you use sour grapes, rather than seeing a product isn't meant for you.

Take it any way you want.

How the hell is a 980 averaged with a titan black?  Seems pretty vague.

Titan Black is above a 780 ti, but not by much

a 980 is above a 970, but not by much

a 780 ti is about a 970

then titan black is about a 980

you do realize the titan black was a kepler card, and the 980 is a maxwell card, the architecture change made the performance better at a lower price point

and of course not you cant say that the 1080 is close to a titan xp, though from the rumor the 1080ti will be
