Can't choose motherboard for overclocking i7-6700k and memory. 250-450 eur..?

Is that budget including the 6700k, or just the motherboard and memory?

Look for any Z170.

All OC are now based solely on the CPU 

 

the chipset now only provides the features and extra lanes for the board

 

but you still need a Z board for OC

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
