6600k @ 4.5GHz bottlenecking GTA5?

I think i have temporarily fixed my stuttering from overclocking my cpu from 4.5 to 4.6GHz.

There we go. I overclocked my 6600K to 4.6GHz and there are almost no microstutters. Thanks everyone!
