i wanna buy a gpu for playing atleast for 2 years, gtx 1060 or rx480?

rx 480 no competition the 480 has better driver support better dx 12 and vulkin performance

the RX 480 would be better imo. margin of error performance in dx11 but better in dx12. performance will increase in AMD's favour as more drivers and dx12 games are released. the 480 also has better minimum fps than the gtx 1060 in many of the games.

For 2 years, i would also prefer the 480 8Gb.
