16mm tubing? That's a little large tbh. I would rather have 12mm tubing since it's easier to get a hold of. I guess i'm going C47 fittings then.

What's that 360 degree bending tool for?

 

I'm guessing it's for making spirals. An aesthetic thing?

I would guess it's just a form to create an angle that can't be made with the other ones. Some unusual angles since stuff rarely lines up when you're fitting it all together.
