Dual 480s are not exactly better than a 1070 only on some games and only on games that support Crossfire.  I would go with a 1070 because you're spending way too much for dual 480s.  Those 480s together cost $160 more than one 1070.  Also that monitor seems really expensive taking over a quarter of your budget. For $2000 you should be able to at least have a 6700k.

That looks Pretty good, But i'd reccomend you to get a beefier cooler like a noctua NH-U14S ultra. I would also reccomend that instead of getting 2 video card, get 1 that is around the same price point as most games dont support crossfire, and also it would be more powerfull, and allow better airflow and cable managment.

Just saying though.

valid points apart from airflow, 2 cards wouldn't make much of a difference at all

6700k + 1070, using the same monitor as your chose (I know nothing about monitors, so someone can probably suggest a much cheaper one) For only $20 over budget, with a cheaper monitor you'll be under budget and have a better system.

I use one of these. It's really good for £100, but i have a budget build.

I don't understand why you are saying a 1070, yes it's a single gpu but it performs worse than a 480 Crossfire

The point is it will out perform in game that don't use crossfire to its full potential. Look up benchmarks for your games to see what the fps looks like.

Here is what a better build would look like (With higher quality parts)

For that keyboard try out different key switches and buy the one you like best.
