3d printed liquid cooler

well cpu block anyway the idea is to print a block so that it has a slot in the base for a cpu tight matching fit so that it basically fits in tight into the top then i have this pen thing that's got this liquid that hardens like very hard plastic when you putt uv light on it iv been using the stuff on everything its pretty crazy strong 

 

anyway the idea is to run water directly over the heat spreader on the top of the cpu instead of needing thermal paste and a block 

 

it would still  use a normal pump and radiator and tube but was thinking it would be cool to run water right over the top of the heat spreader 

 

my 3d modeling skills suck but i think it would work i wanna try it lol 

 

what do you think of the idea 

 

also if there is someone good with 3d modeling that would like to help i wouldn't say no ill risk the hardware lol

Sounds like a plan for a leak. 3D printing still doesn't have the resolution I would trust.

Running water over the heatspreader won't dissipate heat quickly enough- that's why water blocks have hundreds of tiny fins, to increase the surface area that can be cooled by the water.

You would have better luck milling it out of solid material as 3D printed products are quite porous even with 100% infill and weeps water over time.
