Sony Vegas Pro 13 help

Hi guys, I'm actually doing a small video project and I'm having alittle trouble with sony vegas, so I somehow messed up the video event pan/crop settings. The current situation is shown in the first picture below and how I want it back is shown in the second picture, help is much appreciated guys :)
