Best atx case

I don't care so much for visuals, all I want is an atx case under 100 pounds

Top priorities are:

1.Not sounding like a plane while taking off 

2.Good airflow

3.Good build quality

4.Enough space to fit in a Cryorig H7 CPU Cooler

I was looking at that on Amazon and was a little confused at the listing saying VR compatible, could you tell me what that means?

Edit: It has front-panel HDMI to plug in a headset and a stand to hang it up.

I predict this thread will be filled with mostly S340 and Fractal recommends. 

 

edit: To be fair, not many manufacturers are putting anything that really deters from this for the price point. Corsair is doing their crystal thing atm, Cooler Master is just the Mastercase and tiny boxes really and the rest is kinda there/overly expensive or too niche.

I'm more of an itx fanatic, but if I had to go with a standard atx case, I'd go with the tempered glass version of the Enthoo Pro M without hesitation.
