The GTX 690 is my new favorite graphics card. I have never personally used one, but by what I know from other people it is pretty freaking great. It also looks cool and has three DVI ports.

Well, it isn't that old. I am going to get a 9800 GTX+ soon and that's old.

why not get the 8800GT its only $10 and its good for potato nostalga PCs

Because the 8800GT is not what I wanted. I wanted the 9800 GTX+. Also, it is not going to be "potato nostalga PC". It is going to be a good PC. The 9800 GTX+ is plenty powerful enough to play the games I play.
