well i had a better cpu and worse gpu and i could only get 30fps at 1080p on low

While GTAV is touted as CPU heavy, it's fairly balanced.

As far as I can tell GTA V is extrewmely well optimized. Even my straight HD 530 can run it, albeit at 720p.

860k and 750 ti, that was the go to budget rig back then, but then again on here i always see people saying you can get better FPS in gta then what the person can actually get, seems to only be gta 5 i see that in, other games the guesstimates seem to be right when OP responds about it.

You could definitely run it but not maxed. And for modding I think you could get several but not like 30. If you have the original skyrim don't bother buying the special edition. The only reason for it's release I can see was to release them on the xbox one and ps4. The only thing I can see from looking at pictures is that the lighting has been changed and the water in the game looks better.

and there ar eeven mods that can make the regular look better than the special for free.
