DAC/Sound card for AD900x

For Christmas I'm getting a pair of ad900x for competitive gaming, immersive gaming, and listening to music on my computer. I currently have a gigabyte z170x gaming 3 motherboard, but my 5.1 surround sound system is plugged into my motherboard, and my front audio ports are extremely fuzzy if I plug headphones into them. I understand the ad900x are bass light, but what's a good soundcard, amp, or DAC for around $100 or less that I should pair these with to increase the bass a little bit (would the e10k's bass boost help a little?), and to maximize their sound quality and gaming experience. Thank you for any help.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills
