PC Build for Grandmother

I'm building a simple desktop for my grandmother. She will primarily use it for email, video streaming, web browsing, and taxes. Price isn't a huge barrier for her but I don't want her to spend more than she has to.

I would go Mini ITX since you're not worried about gaming performance. Keep all the rest of the parts.

i5 6500k & 4GB ram should do the job for this

You don't need an i5 for web browsing.

I used to be quite active here.

Wait what? We browsing requires more RAM than more CPU power. Have you heard of Chrome?

What? No. She doesn't need an i5 and 8gbs of RAM would be a lot more beneficial

even an i3 is going to be overkill. The Pentium G4400 should be more than enough and you can use the extra money get her 16 gb ram for chrome.
