If you want to quote someone press the arrow button below their post. if you want to mention then you need to write an @ followed by their name, like this: @echy

I would recommend learning to use Multiquote (the + sign). It works same way as regular quote, but instead of posting 3-7 posts right after another, you can have all those quotes in single post.

 

Another pro tip for working with quotes. You can split quotes by pressing double-enter at wanted position. You can remove quote by clicking + at top left corner and using delete key. You can also drag quote by that + sign and place it to another place in your post.
