Well...R6S needs uplay to be up to be able to launch so...

yep no R6S for me, thing is the games servers are fine, but because uplays are fucked i cant play

Is it still not working? i bought Watchdogs 2 on steam yesterday and have been unable to activate it on uplay.

IT's been like that ever since free AC3. YOU could practically not get the game on the first day. 

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.
