Posted December 7, 2016 I need a good 39-43" 1080p LED TV for around $300. Any recommendations? I have to give up my 9 years old Vizio VW32L, because there's no overscan adjustment, and my normal size closed captions cutting off at bottom on Vizio VW32L, I watching movies on Xbox One for first time. Lately, I've only seen expensive Samsung TV's in our local shops here, where as LG seems to offer more price points. Contrary to what everyone says about Sony's TV's, I've actually been really pleased with their newer lineup containing their X Reality Engine processors. I'm actually running a 40" Sony TV in my bedroom, after upgrading from my older 32" Vizio LED series. Only upgraded because the 40" Sony TV was free. Otherwise I would have stuck with my Vizio, and probably upgraded to another Vizio TV since I absolutely love Vizio's TV's to bits. My 9 years old Vizio VW32L display still look good, and sound is perfect condition(unless my Dad said so. I am deaf, I hardly used sounds, so keeping volume to 0.) Maybe upgraded to another Vizio TV, What's about this one? Not sure; I don't notice issues playing The Crew on PS4, but then again, I hate the artificially interpolated frames that a 240Hz TV can create with certain shows, like dramas and the news, so I'd turn it off when I first buy a TV with the feature, and probably forget to turn it on. Maybe someone who's used such a TV can chime in?
