Im trying to update my BIOS as my current BIOS F33H, My mother board is the gigabyte x570 gaming Ive gotten a new CPU Ryzen 7 5700x, which isnt supported by my current BIOS. This PC is built by PC specialists, making it a prebuilt. Please help me, best regards fedex

PCSepecialist uses of the shelf components. So you can update using the Gigabyte @BIOS app (see update from server tab)  or use the QFLASH plus feature of the motherboard by following these steps

Your mothboard Bios should now be updated and compatible with 5700x cpu

The picture online is very blurry but I think the button I circled says "QFLASH_PLUS" under it, I think that's the button, but verify that it's the correct button on your motherboard before pressing it... it will be much easier to read in person than on a picture. image.png.baaba8acb8698d1baeef0c616367b4fb.png

Okay so i was pressing the right button but nothing was flashing as he said above

do you have the correct files on your flash drive? and did you plug the flash drive in the right port? As far as I know, it has to be in the white BIOS port!

did you follow all of those instructions? like inserting USB, shut down PC, then press the button? 

 

Edit: also, make sure the BIOS file isn't in a folder, it should be directly on the USB I think
