Finished building new computer, need to troubleshoot

Monitor, keyboard, mouse hooked up. Monitor is on.

 

Power on computer.

 

All of the fans turn on.

 

Lights turn on on the motherboard.

 

No beeps.

 

Nothing on the monitor.

I'm hoping it's just something silly like I forgot to plug in one of the wires in the case.

It might be the cable from the GPU to the monitor?

Or it might be the GPU? (try using iGPU if possible)

Did you turn the monitor on? Did you plug it in?

Yep and yep. Looks like I didn't plug in CPU_OPT. ...looking for the cable for that. It's a tiny 4-pin connector.

Fans and lights in case turn on without CPU_OPT plugged in, but not when it is plugged in. It quickly tries to turn on but lights immediately blink out. I unplug CPU_OPT and it returns back to lights+fans turning on. I'm going through the entire mobo manual again, checking.
