Trouble with Sub going to reciver

Most receivers have some kind of mode button on them somewhere. You might need the remote though.

this app i have called quick remote it has a mode option but i dont know if i need a display.

Would MPX Mode be right? Thats the place where it has the word mode on it.

Possibly but since every receiver is different there's no way to know for sure unless you play around with it. if possible see if any outer outputs seem to work, maybe the sub preout is disabled somehow.
